What we can customize.
Use these specifications to brief us on your packaging. The final build is confirmed with your product and sample.
Materials & thickness
Cardstock or kraft paper, with paper weight matched to the size, packed weight and folds. For rigid trial kits, use 2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 mm greyboard with a printed coated wrap or textured specialty paper.
Color & printing
CMYK full-color print, Pantone spot colors and matching to a supplied reference. Interior and exterior artwork can be planned separately where the material allows.
Fit & inserts
Lay out the chosen vial count, slot width, finger access and space for a scent card. Choose folded paperboard or a fitted foam tray. EVA, sponge or EPE pearl foam. Foam can be flocked and made in black, white or custom colors.
Finishing & details
Full-color printing, gold or silver foil, spot UV, embossing, debossing, and matte or gloss lamination. Rigid boxes can also be wrapped in textured specialty paper. Ask about a frosted effect on suitable cardstock or wrap.
Structure & extras
Vial diameter, height, quantity and removal access determine the layout, not just the outer box dimensions.
