What we can customize.
Use these specifications to brief us on your packaging. The final build is confirmed with your product and sample.
Materials & thickness
2.0, 2.5 or 3.0 mm greyboard, wrapped in coated paper for printing or specialty paper such as linen, cloth texture and Oxford texture.
Color & printing
CMYK full-color print, Pantone spot colors and matching to a supplied reference. Interior and exterior artwork can be planned separately where the material allows.
Fit & inserts
Shape single or multiple cavities around the contents so the lid closes cleanly. EVA, sponge or EPE pearl foam. Foam can be flocked and made in black, white or custom colors.
Finishing & details
Full-color printing, gold or silver foil, spot UV, embossing, debossing, and matte or gloss lamination. Rigid boxes can also be wrapped in textured specialty paper.
