Compare Insert Materials
EPE pearl foam
A lightweight cushion for products that need support in a shipping or presentation box.
PU sponge
A softer foam option for lightweight products. We’ll check how much it compresses in the packed sample.
Folded paperboard
A folded tray or divider for a tidy retail presentation. Choose white, kraft or printed paperboard where appropriate.
Corrugated board
A structured tray or divider for mailer boxes. Choose the fold and support layout around the loaded products.
Molded corrugated pulp
A shaped fiber tray for support around a specific product. Send CAD or dimensions and your estimated quantity so we can review tooling and fit.
Customize the Fit and Finish
Cavity size and depth
Measure the product including caps and raised parts. We’ll set the cavity, base thickness and clearance under the lid.
Custom foam colors
Choose black, white or a custom color where available. Send a color reference and approve the shade on the chosen material before production.
Flocked finish
Add a soft, velvet-like finish to suitable foam. The surface finish and the foam underneath are chosen separately.
Layout and removal
Choose one cavity, several compartments or stacked trays. Finger notches or a lift tab can make the product easier to remove.
