EVA
EVA is a dense closed-cell foam commonly used when a clean, precise premium fit is important. It can hold heavy fragrance bottles, cosmetics, accessories and devices with crisp cavities.

EPE / pearl cotton
EPE is lighter and more cushioning than EVA. It is often selected when shock absorption and low weight are more important than a dense luxury feel.

Molded pulp
Molded pulp forms a fiber-based insert around a mold. It can create product cavities and support ribs while keeping a paper-led appearance. Tooling and quantity economics matter more than with simple foam cutting.

How to choose
Start with product weight, fragility, desired appearance, cavity detail and quantity. Then confirm top clearance so the insert and product do not prevent the outer box from closing correctly.
